put on my new front bumper today...brand new o.e.m. and made a new front lip....ran out of time at work so the bottom is still wavy but ill get that straight tomorrom night along with the rear lip installed.....any who enjoy.
final lip is done.... trimed the front lip down alot and got it straight, and used the old front lip and a heat gun to put it on the rear bumper. iam pretty happy with it. enjoy...
dash vents were from a hatch.....mybad the inside black door handles with the power locks were from the sedan. and the front lip is just the old bumper cut and turned upside down. and the rear lip is jut my old front lip trimed up and heated up with a heat gun. id like to buy/find a ef9 front end so for now this is what iam going to rock lol
so how is the ride quailty with those pic coilovers ? im thinking about picking up a set
crazy good. when i buy another EF no matter what kind ill buy them again. i freaking love them. they ride great. tons of adjustment and really good quality. ill be installing my old extended top hats but even as is they are well worth the money.
^ lol yeah it is...i dont work on jackstands any more lol...and as far as MPG.....couldnt tell you i drive the fawk out of this car all the time. it dont cost much to fill it with 93+ so i just dont moniter it. i try to keep out of th throttle and see how much i can get but i just cant go for long lol. but it dont seem bad i mean if your not heavy in it its cool.

I know what they get if you lay off the throttle. I am wondering what it gets with you getting on it. Your regular day to day driving. I just want to know the difference between stock and sc'd mpg. Not that it's a huge deal..just curious.
ok so i bought a toe adjustment kit, with the 5+ inch drop i couldnt pull the rear toe in to the specs i would like. turned out to be a great kit, also got my rear camber kit installed. so my alignment is set to a T. every spec is in and how i would like it. also got a GSR shifter put in (duel bend),and my black leather blue stitched shift boot and CTR knockoff shift knob.....and rear C pillar bar installed. have a appt on friday to get a full custom exhaust made. deff post pics of that when iam done. also sorry for the shitty pics...
regular black plastic paint....has held up great. and thanks slo. i cant wait to see your shit in person again. IFO needs to make it back to your area again. are you comming south for IFO at my home track in bradenton?

yea im goin to make it to 10/10/10. If there is another one LMK. Actually LMK anytime there is a show my crew is always down for a road trip!
ok so on the 30th i went to a well known shop here local and friend john at LHT Performance http://lhtperformance.net/
a little background of him and his work he was featured in honda tuning for doing the type R k swap in a insight and in turbo magazine for his 600+ hp type R integra. they do great work so check them out
went from the tiny stock straw like exhaust to a 2 1/2 inch full polished stainless exhaust with magnaflow resinator and muffler. all tig welded sounds great and i picked up a ton of power from it
his yellow s2k and paul his right hand man red s2k
Very nice work. I like the muffler location too. I have always hated the stock location of the muffler on EFs. You need to get a Vid of it so we can hear what it sounds like. 8)
ill have to do that soon then get a nice sound clip at idle and at WOT....but iam really happy with the tone and power increase i got from it. the muffler location i really wanted to change any way mainly cause it drags every morning and evening every time i go up my drive way and it really isnt all that steep. and for as low at it sits you cant see it in the stock location any way. as far as power iam not 100% sure. a good friend of mine has a fully built Y8 head with zex springs and a nice cam that iam tring to buy off him. but i did talk to the exhaust guy and he is a great tuner of zdyne and told me after i get the head on that i would get the car on the dyno and he would work his magic to extract the most power from it. but for now it runs effin great pulls like a mofo and only on 9-10 pounds of boost. maybe some spray on the way as well. i just gotta do something i want in the running for WOTM again.....as long as i dont go against timeless again lol

These fit? I was at the salvage yard today, and almost grabbed some. Bit wasn't sure if they fit.

I am curious about this too. Have you clocked your mpg yet?
