Agreement is for you to return my Dials. The price was for Suspension, roof rack and car. Thats all. I already told you that upon purchasing the vehicle. I took off my original deck in there and i gave you a different one. I told you I was taking off the mud flaps. Car was sold as is. What dont you understand. You know my number because unfortunately you dont answer your cell. I still want my Dials Back.
Truth is, and I say we, should just go to his place of residence or workplace and handle it in person. All this talk over a website's public forum does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

You really don't need to get on here and say you're gonna go to his house or work. Then what? Get tough with him? And then they can look back at this (by they I mean the police) and say you had an open plan to go in and 'handle it in person'.
The intelligent thing to do would be to handle this via proper authorities. Instead of trying to be a cowboy over some wheels that just sold for $60 on my local craigslist.
Sounds to me like 619 needs to write this off as a loss. Trying to deal with something this pathetic eight months after the fact is, well, pathetic.
