I know how you feel, just picked up an RT wagon. Most people I told replied with something along the lines of "You bought a what?!?"
by now, all my friends know what a civic wagon is
even my son grudgingly accepted we are getting another car
yes, bam-bam, i'll have to remember to bring a camera and get pics of the log-skidder before she gets moved!
Mandalore88, I think maybe I am the certified collection
I am helping the previous owner sell a tandem bike or two, a dining room set, bunch more things, and storing his mountain bike for him. He has to go overseas for a couple of years for disaster aid -- on very short notice. I DID actually offer to store it for him on 8 inches of gravel for two years (free) if he changed his mind, as long as he got the plating/parking insurance taken care of in advance. When he declined, I told him he might want to re-evaluate his price. I expect to make another trip to Toronto with my Ford Windbag, and bring back more things. She came back with a bike-for-two, a mountain bike, an extra RT tranny, clutch gears, distributor, 13" winter tires on rims, honda centre caps and 3 spares, starter fuse box etc., etc.
factory she was champagne
She was getting looks from civic owners on her trip home, and my neighbours are making comments! They might be realizing what I was seeing in my 3 diamonds in the rough!
I like the stripes too -- and the tinted windows! Some of the plastic trim is cracked, but I have lots more of that and know what I need to do. Just a matter of getting the time once things warm up ...
Now I just have to come up with a catchy phrase: "Be(e) ???" Bee a wagoneer? Bee Happy?
Crazy_si_T: Big Bird LOL! how about medium compact bird with lots of space LOL!
phillip (the previous owner) said he'd help me do one (and everything else) for helping him out when he gets back in a couple of years -- actually I hope to have a wagon to give him too
maybe we could make it a meet -- I have an acre, a 8' campfire, loads of wood, almost no mosquitoes thanks to the bats, should have my 600' chain link fence in place for any canine visitors, and there are lakes and fishing everwhere
