MY Build thread Civic Ute The saga continues

Started out with a 89 civic hatch 107.jpg
wrecked,no engine,dash,front end and someone not knowing how to paint dumped
clear coat all over the body 50$

Then proceeded to cut108.jpg

then the body work began 109.jpg

    also new frontend had a crx and fitment sucked got a whole front clip for 100$ with a cf hood

    not bad would been cool to see the lower half of the hatch reused and made it swing down with the oem tail lights..but nice for being different
  • Pretty interesting. Has anyone ever done this with a wagon? I've kinda been tossing around the idea with the one I just picked up.
  • it reminds me of a geo metro convertable.
  • this car is awesome, its a civicamino. the way the tailgate meets the body would make a perfect spot to put some Cadillac taillights on the body section. that would be sick. i have some 84 eldorado tails the i could part with if you like the idea.

  • try to get it going on a budget trying to get a vac advance dizzy for my carbs and i need to do some
    brake work my friend donated me some blue tokicos and i already have vogtland springs and i am gonna be running
    these wheels with adapters unless i can find a type r 4x114.3 hubs for the front the rears can be modified with accord hub bearings and spindle with a little machine work figure that would be stronger but gtg with the whats cheap at the moment
