First post - new to forum - with pics

Just wanted to finally post some pics of my 89 RT 4WD wagon. This is my second wagon having owned one a few years back and selling like a fool. So the opportunity came up to buy this one. I have done quite a bit to it to look like it does now. I own a autobody repair shop so I had to do a paint job. I also bought a 89 2wd wagon with the same interior as a parts car. Not really done any modifications but have replaced several wear items.

All new axles - struts - wheel bearings - ball joints - rear diff mounts - steering rack - timing belt - water pump - cam and crank seals - valve cover gasket and such.

Used what interior parts I needed from the parts car to combine with this car to come up with a great interior and a few other odds and ends.

Car came with the roof rack and tow hitch. Tinted windows while I had them and all the trim off during paint work. Got the new rear speaker pods off Ebay and then added some bass.

Really have enjoyed reading through this site and have learned alot. Do wish that the USA models had came with some of the goodies that the Euro and JDM models where equipped. Thanks for all the great info and glad I found the site.

    CLEAN!
  • Nothing but agreement here. That's an advertisement for your skill in body work, frankly. And nice choice of wheels!

Thanks guys for the kind words!! The ice cube adds plenty of bass for an older fellow like me but doesn't take up much room. The Farmall tag indicates my one of my other interests. I am the 4th generation to farm although its my brother's farm I help as much as I can. So growing up farming has made me appreciate the old tractors and I am in the process of restoring a '49 model. The WEGO decal was a family thing. Everyone in my family calls it the WEGO (based on the Yugo and the joke was a wagon was a WEGO). The headlights are sold on Ebay for a CRX. The headlights are the same just not the corners. The rims are from around a 02 Civic Special Edition. Whoever wanted more pics let me know what you wanted - be glad to post if I can. Thanks again for all the great info.
