Cargo Cover mounting brackets (OEM)

Hey guys, I'm about to pull the trigger on an OEM cargo cover but it only comes with the two rear brackets.. I found a pic online of this:

Again, the big pieces are there but the other little brackets, grommets and hooks are missing.. The hooks I can guess what they're for but are what are the other pieces for? Are they necessary?

And could sun visor clips be used instead of the hooks?

    The rubber bit with the two holes goes over the metal U shaped seat-eyes in the back.

    Thanks. I just checked and I have those there already.
    What are the small Z shaped brackets for?

    Iirc the one side mounts to ( or close to ) the taillight housin and the hooks to the other end. It's a brace. If ya need help ill be home in a week give me a call I have a cargo cover in my car as well as a spare cover so I e done this a couple a times.
