Whats the best way to paint the Dark gray "D" shaped holes on RT Wheels?

I am wondering what the best way is to paint the dark outline around the "D" shaped holes on my RT wheels?

any suggestions would be great!

Here's what I have, Freshly powder coated!

    Paint em by hand with a SMALL synthetic brush (detail brush).

    1/4" masking tape then use wider tape after that

    Do one really nice pattern, and then have somebody vinyl cut 28 of them out. This way they are all the same. Lay the sticker down, mask the rest off, and have at it.
