Two wagon builds at once

Quick intro: Alright, so I never meant for this to happen. Initially I had my heart set on an RT and found the red wagon for $600. First things first, I started searching body panels right away because it pains me to drive a beat car. Then I found the another wagon with decent body panels, but it was FWD ($650) so I asked the owner if she would part it out. Instead, she replied how bout you just come take the whole thing for $450?...
I went from dieing to have an RT4wd civic that I only found out existed not more than 3 weeks ago (ashamed to admit that but hey, ZERO of these existed in the mid west during my 10 year car modifying stay there and you NEVER hear anything about them on any other car sites. It's even rare to hear about them on Civic specific sites!.. Anyway), to now owning two wagons at the same time. Thanks to "BEASTMODE" when he posted his ride up at clubcivic, I now have a reason to mod again after so many years out of the scene.
So after driving back and forth (Couldn't get both to fit on my trailer so I took two runs at it) for over 30 hours straight by myself through the mountains of Alaska, here they are.

Neither are 100% so I was planning to combine the two and make one sweet one with a motor swap... Then I decided, WTH, I'll just build them both at the same time and decide if I want to keep them both or sell one when i'm "done" (never really DONE right?). And before anyone mentions money, I do well but am not "rich". It's extremely expensive to live where i'm at in Alaska, but the pay here is also one of the highest in the nation (THE highest for my occupation). I lived like a child once before and lived paycheck to paycheck for many years. I grew from that and now have a solid financial base that allows me to enjoy things the younger me couldn't. That's all i'm going to say about that.
So... Plans? I'm torn. Some of you have seen my other comments (charb). It's either K or J and BOTH will be AWD/4WD. There's no point to having any sort of power up here on a 2wd car. There's snow on the ground 7/8 months out of the year so yes, the 2wd will be converted. I hate even talking about this with out having even begun, but i'm still in the R&D stage and will keep looking here and elsewhere for advice before I pull the trigger. Maybe do one of each swap?? I don't know. First things first, I have a few cars I need to sell so I can make garage space. So for the time being, both of these cars will get no love. Bummer, but oh well. Gives me time to do more research and learn from everyone's advices and failures.
Glad to be here and thanks everyone for the help and answering my PM's. I really appreciate it.

.. I need to update over here more often. I spend most of my time on another Honda board where my EJ1 build thread is.
