jessedms 1988 civic wagovan b20z build

Whats up guys?
I'm still relatively new here.
I picked this wagon up a couple of months ago, traded my ef sedan for it because I wanted something different.
Well I'm just now getting to finally starting my first build thread guess ill start from the beginning anyways....
After wrecking my my ef sedan and spending half the winter fixing the bent cross member and frame I ended up trading it off for this wagon got some video of the trade lol..

After that I didn't really do much at first just drive it, I did installed some fog lights

I lowered it down a little more to

What Id like to know is who the heck the last owner of this car decided to sticker bomb this thing all I want for Christmas is a new thumb nail lol
After peeling off all the stickers and a nice scrub I painted the rear bumper with a coat of black spray paint can anyone tell me what this lip on the rear is accord maybe idk
BEFORE

AFTER

Gave her a nice waxing to really need to find a new hood its the only thing that's rattle canned i hate it

I took the volvo lip off to it was dragging to much and I need to restore it anyways

Interiors nothing special id like to try and install some crx seats if i could fit a set

I got to compression testing the d15b7 that's in this thing it has surprisingly good compression

Anyways I'll be pulling this engine out and it will be for sale if anyone close by is interested after searching for weeks and weeks I finally found a b20z picked this long block up for $150

This is my first b series it needs a full rebuild but for the price of the block who can argue its in great shape just has lots of miles I mocked up a few parts on the engine just to see really how ridiculous the giraffe intake manifold is lol

I took the cams out and the head bolts getting ready to pull the head

Not to sure what that crap is between the cylinder sleeve

I picked up another b20z short block locally for $80 that has i gsr oil/water pump and oil lines it was previously a b20 vtec its the block under the table

My buddy's rebuilding a b16a2 for his da right beside my b20

Got the block all stripped down yesterday and mildly cleaned and ready to go to the machine shop I'll take more pics of the block one its done

Anyways that's all for now guys more to come soon I've gotta head to work
