Not much has been done since I got the wagon running and all those parts installed. I did manage to stockpile a few other goodies for my build however. Enjoy.
Picked up this set of DR16's for a cheap price. Not sure what I'm doing with them yet, probably strip them down and paint them and keep em as a spare set.
Bought another JDM D15b for cheap. This one will be built with forged internals and headwork.
Bought this custom two piece 4-1 header. Probably won't use it.
I'll be converting to hydro, so I picked up this JDM hydro trans. (Props again to Nikita)
Haven't updated in a while due to laziness but been making some good progress on the wagon. I've accumulated lots more goodies for this project...check em out.
Replaced the worn old OEM crossmeber with a new Innovative traction bar/crossmember
Installed my new motor mounts. They're Innovative w/ the 85a inserts.
I also put in my JDM S20 hydro tranny along with this Innovative cable to hydro conversion kit.
Put in my clutch also. Competition stage 4, 6 puck sprung
My rack n pinion was effed up so I had it rebuilt and my boy Dan put it in for me. Thanks homie!
Picked up this dual core half size radiator n slimfan. Gonna need the extra clearance for the turbo.
Installed my header. (temporary until all my turbo stuff arrives)
P.S.
Innovative makes some decent products but I cannot, I repeat...CANNOT recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service appears to be run by a single person. This normally wouldn't pose a problem if said person was a well qualified intelligent person, and not an incompetent halftard. It took them 3 tries and almost a full month to send me the correct motor mounts. Upon speaking with their rep/receptionist/tech support person, I quickly gathered that she wasn't nearly adept enough to deal with my situation properly. I made it idiot proof to the point where an infant would not have an issue, however she still manage to **** it up...twice. I don't want to get too detailed into the situation but suffice it to say it was a ****ing nightmare. If you wish to know more PM me.
Hit up the muffler shop to have my exhaust welded up. Check it.
I'm happy with the way it turned out. Not only does it look stock-ish, but it's quiet as fawk!
Too bad I didn't get a soundclip before I threw the snail on.
Muffler looks sick! I like how the tip curves up. Wagons looking good, kinda jealous though. I have those same rims and they look better on yours than mine
Keep up the good work.
