My First Wagon

I have been on here for a few weeks. Finally found my first wagon this past Sunday. 91 brown on brown rt4wd. Love it so far and it will be a project...one to learn from. So far browsing through the threads I have found ideas and information for my wagon. I will try and update with pictures as I go...
My plans initially are to deep clean/detail (it seems that the owner didn't care about the cleanliness) of the exterior , interior and engine bay, paint job, coilovers and wheels . Down the road, front lip, tint the windows, small nit picky stuff..
Hopefully this weekend I will be able to get started on removing panels and seats to really clean the interior and wash the exterior!
Currently I am working on getting the driver window back on track..looks like I am going to need a new regulator. Also am having a problem with the interior locking mechanism (same door). I have ordered up 3 new u-joints from Rockford Driveline..hopefully they show up early Friday so that I can swing it by a local shop that will replace the u-joints!
Going to swing it by the Honda dealership tomorrow. A fellow wagon owner told me that Honda warranties seat belt issues for the life of the car (no matter the owner). The automatic seat belt motor on the driver side has stopped working and I have the annoying seat belt beeper beeping constantly, but found a thread that can walk me through on how to get it to stop beeping. I am hoping with the auto seat belt motor fixed, the beeping will stop!
Also, replaced the windshield this afternoon! Now I don't have to look at the big crack at eye level...
Here are some pictures the previous owner took of the wagon before I picked her up (the donut is not on there anymore -- has all the same wheels)

Wagon looks good. Now I gotta get some different wheels. Same ones I have on mine.
can I see a pic of yours? I was thinking some white wheels would offset the brown..but dunno yet.

Im game to meet up anytime though...
Took the wagon into the dealership to get the auto seatbelt looked at. I guess there are two motors both are shot and one they do not warranty. I know at the dealership you pay more..but $525 to get the the motor (not covered) fixed. I asked him if it is part of the seatbelt mechanism shouldn't it be covered...I guess they are not. But they will fix the motor that is under warranty and the seatbelt clips at no charge...now to fix the damn beeping! Found a thread on how to fix the beep and will get that covered tonight and hopefully and change transmission and rear diff fluids ..
Replaced the window regulator with a new one, now I don't have to listen to the cold air in my ear. Rolled the rears last night and will roll the fronts tonight. Tomorrow she goes in to get a paint job.
Now just waiting for the new front axles, my coilovers, ingall front camber kit (picked up skunk2 rear camber kit locally), and am planning on ordering some 15x7.5 +32 Konig Candy Whites!
Will get pictures tomorrow or this weekend!
Also, got some go low goodies..will get these installed soon..
wheels are going to look bitchen!! in for more!!!
Do me a favor for saturday Keith. Get under that car and spray the piss outta every suspension bolt you can see with wd-40.
Thanks!
I wish I was able to afford Gordy's paint job/work! LOL..he does great work!
I got it done from a referral given to by a friend. It is a decent job. There are some imperfections (that he will fix after christmas) but for the most part its a decent single stage job. But it does look better than before..haha. If you get up close you can notice some of the metallic marbled up but for the price and outcome I am happy!
In the spring I am going to paint the window trims, side mirrors and the area on the hatch where the license plate goes..
Haha...I will be sure to do that tonight!
I picked up my driveshaft from 6 States Driveline (had 3 new u-joints replaced)! I will put that back in and when I am down there I will hit up the bolts with WD-40 or some pb blaster so that we are not breaking our backs trying to loosen some bolts..lol
Curious to see this all together
Now next week I will attack the rear cambers..replace them with the skunk2's that I got...
Will get pics up tomorrow!
Thanks
