Chiel, building B20vtec Sluttle!

Howdy!
I've introduced myself a couple of months ago, now it's time for a build thread!
I'm driving a shuttle for one year now and i plan to give it more power.

- Energy Suspension Bushing kit
- 262mm Front Brakes ee8

- Mugen shiftknob
- Pioneer install
- Huuuge mirror
Exterior;
- J's racing front lip
- OEM 4wd Mud flaps

- Red Pin Stryping
Wheels;
- 15" Rota Gt3, black
- 15/195/45 Federal ss595
- 15/195/58 Advan AO48 (for the track)
As the D15b doesn't give me the power that the wagen needs i've bought a fresh B20b with only 30.K miles.
I would love te see the engine producing around 200HP, enough to have fun but it has te be reliable too.
I've got the old Y2 LSD gearbox from my crx prepared for the shuttle. Stil need some axles and engine mounts en some stuff to convert the B20 to vtec.
I'll try my best to keep you updated!

Is that photo at the Nurburgring? It doenst look like your wearing a helmet, is it not required?? do you have 2 sets of those wheels or do you just change over the tires for track days? How do you like the ao48's compared to other brands (if youve tried others)? Sorry for all the questions, you just sparked my intrest, lol.
good looking car man! Love the lip.
Helmets are not required at the ring, every summer i'm going for a couple of days with some friends to have some fun.
Normaly i'd take the crx but i wanted to try the Sluttle for once this year..
Bwaaap am Ring
I'll switch tires for a track day, becouse the weather in holland sucks 60%/70% of the time and the ao48 are useless in the rain..
The ao48 are the only semi's i've tried, medium compound. If the road is dry and your tires are warmed up it just feels like driving on superglue!
The Federal's that i'm driving daily are just fine, nothing special but they last forever.
A friend of mine drives with toyo R1r's, they're not as sticky but they'll give you plessure and they last much longer!
I don't mind all the questions, but my english writing is fucking slow.. This message took me at least 10 minutes.. :P
Thanks
My crx though is empty in the back..
Today i've prepared the shed a little to make room for building. It still looks like a mess... :P
