brown wagon

I just picked this one up for a longtime friend- hopefully she'll join us!
The car's a '90 DX auto with only 116K miles. Since it was purchased new in Florida, and apparently lived there until '07, there's NO rust

has a new muffler

and some fresh tint

and very little body damage, this is about it

Seller said it just needed a timing belt...she was right. I put a timing belt and water pump in today, and she fired right up. Lookit how clean- the glovebox is full of oil change receipts

    <$1000.

Tonight I cleaned her up some, changed the oil, adjusted the rear brakes, set the timing. If everything works out she'll be on the road tomorrow.
  • Don't you just love hondas? Change the oil and the thing will keep running forever

Little update: I talked to Lou awhile ago- this car just went from Atlanta to Green bay and back with no issues! That's like a 1900 mile round trip. Good stuff.

Yeah, I only bought it to fix for a friend who needed a car. Not bad for $700
