My Red 91 automatic RT

OK here is my 91 automatic RT. I purchased her around October 2010. I picked her up for $750 with over heating issues and cels.

228,000 miles and clear title.

At first I wanted to keep her stock so I could pass her on to my mom, but the mod bug is always giving me the itch so who knows.

And just to let you guys know, I buy a lot of cars. Its my way of upgrading so don't take it the wrong way here. I am already on my fifth and hopefully last DC integra just in the last 24 months. Its an R and I can't really get any better than that.

Integra is my first love. Now I'm moving into RT's :)

My first day took her for a wash.

  • Play time in the snow! I'm very impressed. She felt very sure footed.

  • Here is my R and my gsr-t

excuse the dirt, the R was on transport 800 miles through that crazy snow storm that hit early Feb 2011 and the black GSR-t is without a motor so the front looks funny.
  • And the weather and time finally allowed me to address her issues.

    Bad head gasket

I'm definitely enjoying working with the sohc D motors. Less work then the dohc's and cheaper too :)
  • Picked these clean LS mesh wheels up for $90 :)

Good luck on your search. My wagon is running so well after the recent work. And it looks like my mpg is improved alot. I'm looking forward to the next refill so I can calculate the mpg. Before I was getting the same mpg as my crv.

There are some little things I want to do next so guess its Time to read up some diy's so I don't break stuff :)
  • Wow some good DIY's and very capable members on here!
  • keep us uptodate on your mpg, i'd like to compare on my next tank of gas
  • Gotta love Rio Red!

She sure looks sexy washed up in the first few pics!
  • Real nice!

Tank lastEd 5 days and was 29 mpg.
  • my last tank was only 25 mpg, i've done as high as 29 mpg

    25 not too bad,

i was doing 21-22mpg with the bad headgasket

i'm not sure what i can do, but i want to break 30's lol
  • fun little update today, i pulled this roof rack off a mid-90's subaru wagon

i painted the bars that run along the length of the car. The cross bars I will have to cut and paint another day. But i'm quite happy and it looks great IMO.
