the cargo cover should work too.

I think the cargo cover for the hatchback it is a little too short... I did not try it on though but I think it covers the speaker pod size only:

Problem: In our way to Splish Splash, my compadre and I were going a little fast and we kept the same speed rate for about 40 minutes. I noticed that the speedometer cable broke off since the speedometer stopped working. However, I still kept driving. After a couple more minutes, I felt that the transmission slipping to the point that the transmission went on neutral. I quickly pulled over. There was a little smoke coming out of the hood. I check the temperature gauge on the dash and it was normal. When we checked the transmission oil, it was BOILING HOT. The transmission oil was literally boiling in the transmission. The oil was very dirty and burnt as well. My Compadre suggested me to let the tranny cold down. After 25 minutes waiting, the transmission oil was not longer boiling and the transmission went into gears normally again. We finished our trip to Splish Splash but driving normally this time. Everything went fine after that, even in our way back home. I just did not push my wagon that hard. So far so good with the transmission. I have owned this wagonvan for about 4 months and I have not changed the transmission oil yet. I do not know what kind of oil the transmission have. I already bought genuine Honda transmission oil for an oil change along with a brand new genuine speedometer cable.

Solution: I installed the speedometer cable on my wagon. I am happy because now the overdrive is kicking in again. Before I installed the speedometer cable, the transmission did not go beyond 3rd gear (it did not go into the overdrive). I figured that since the tranny was stock in 3rd gear going in high speed, the transmission was overheating. I guess that since the engine computer was not reading the speed on the car due to the broken speedometer cable, it was not making the transmission to go into overdrive... Also the check engine light was coming on... Now, everything is back to normal. The speedometer cluster is working; the transmission is not over heating and shifting normally, no check light as either. Problem solved!! LOL!

I also took my wagon yesterday for a full transmission flush... They unplugged the hoses that go to the radiator to cool down the oil and connected them to the machine... One hose was taking the dirty oil out and by the other one there was the new oil entering... They ran the engine until the 12 quart change was done...

Problem: I was having some difficulties with my AC. When I bought my wagon, I was told that the AC needed Freon to work. I quickly bought the AC R12 to R134A adapters to recharge the system with the R134A Freon. After putting three bottles of R134A Freon (one with leak detector, another with compressor oil, and the last one with just Freon), nothing worked. I noticed that even though the A/C compressor used to take off, the air conditioning did not turn cold. I decided to take it to my muffler guy who is also does AC system. As you may know, these machines clean up the AC system, recharge the AC compressor oil and also the Freon. After having the machine working on my AC system for about an hour, the specialist says that I could have a bas expansion valve. I ordered one on AutoZone online for about $13.99 ($13.99 + $5.99 shipping + taxes = $21.50). I installed myself. I took my wagon back to the shop for the AC system cleaning and it did not work either. Now the guy at the shop is telling me that the compressor could be the problem. He says that even though the AC compressor takes off, it does not have enough compression to pump the AC system correctly. He said that I should get another AC compressor. The guy fills the system up with freon, the AC compressor still kicks in but the AC does NOT blow cold. I do want to buy the new compressor because I feel that the guy could be wrong again and he could make me change my compressor without needing it. Thanks God he has not charged me for anything yet to recharge the system but I do not want to change my compressor if it is not really necessary. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my AC to work cold!!!!!!!!!!!

Solution: I took the wagon today to another AC specialist I did not tell him the previous mechanic diagnostic He just put Freon and charged the system. Everything went fine. The AC is working just fine. Especially the AC compressor. I was right when I decided not to buy a new compressor. Thanks God, so far so good.

Feel like taking measurements for the rear cargo cover?

I am getting a JDM one and I have the rear speaker pods from an EF HB too. I could check to see if they will work for people.

I am sorry but I did not get the hatchback cargo cover. If I had it, would have measured it for you. I thought that it would not work on the wagon, so I did not buy it. If you find out, please let us know.

I traveled to Connecticut (CT) from the Bronx (like two hours away). I was driving at around 65-70 where permitted. When I arrived to CT local streets, I felt that my wagon was running a little weak. There was not much power and the engine was shaking a lot. I tried by removing the spark plugs wire with the engine running to see if there was lost power in any of the pistons. I was right. Standing in front of my wagon and counting left to right, the piston # 4 was not working properly. Fortunately, the wagon took me back home but it was using more gas than usual. I checked by changing the spark plug and wire in that particular piston and nothing changed. Someone measured the pressure in all pistons and there was nothing coming from that particular piston. The mechanic told me that a valve went bad (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=11075" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). I ended up installing a d16y7 on my D15b2 block.

For the D15b2 block and D16Y7 set up, we used everything from the D15b2 original wagon setup: Harness, complete DPFI manifold intake, distributor, BRAND new OEM head gasket, and CAM GEAR. From the D16y7 we used, Y7 head, D16Y7 timing belt with the D15b2 cam gear. When doing this kind of mini-me swap, I was advised a couple things that I want to share just to help someone like me who did not know about this type of swap: Only use the D16Y7 head and timing belt. The D15 timing belt is a little too big/long and it would not fit the set up. DO NOT swap the D15 cam on the Y7 head. There is no need to but the D15 gear cam will also work. The rest, I could keep form my D15. Also, if you decided to install a new head gasket (Highly recommended) when changing the head, choose the D16y8 head gasket. It is really stronger compared to D15 one and it will fit the D15 block as well.

I had some spark plug wire problems (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=11224" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). There was not constant spark at one particular wire. It was driving me crazy because I had bought the cable brand new. I was not expecting to have issues with the cables. However, there were factory defected. I installed new spark plug wires and the car is running great now. FINALLY!!!!
