Door trim inserts

Anyone pulled the door trim material inserts out before?

Just planning some things and was wondering how the are attached to the door card?

    Umm cant get a pic its 7am and im going to work now.

    But on the door card the material insert above the arm rest. Where the window controls are

    Ah, see what you mean...

    The material as opposed to the vinyl... gotcha !!!

    I would imagine this is glued on. I have a couple door cards pulled out of my parts car so I can have a look tomorrow evening.

    Yea thats the stuff.

    I have a feeling it is glued also, I dont remember any clips or anything last time i had them off.
    I would go pull mine off again, but if you have a one lying around it would be awesome if you could check.

    Ya, I've got two door cards pulled off right now, including a damaged one which I'm going to have a go at removing the material from. I'll post pics of my attempts tonite.

    the entire door card is one piece. all basically glued together.

    Did not take pics but, ya, it is glued on there real good !!!

    It will be PITA to remove the material and glue something else in its place.
