stainless brake lines

I'm about to change brake fluid, and thinking about upgrade brake lines at the same time. from looking around I hear you can use civic or crx lines but which one do I use? use the non SI one? What brand do you guy recommend? I'm thinking about getting russell line. any one know the part number of the one I need.
Thank you

  • Russell and Goodridge are good. 1990-1991 Wagons have the same front brakes as CRX Si but 1990-1991 CRX's have rear discs. I think, and I'm not completely sure about this, 1989 CRX brake line kit will work.

If you doing the fluid change you should change out the Master Cylinder for the 15/16 from a '89-90 Accord LXi or 90-91 Civic Sedan EX. I would recommend doing that before you do the lines. Lines are good but unless you have the rest of braking system "built", overkill for stock setup.

Ive used teh Goodrich and Russell lines on various Hondas. Both have had zero issues.

I used lines that were supposed to be for a crx on my 89 rt4wd. No fittiment issues at all.
