Thanks for the info. Thats how I assumed you did it. I couldnt see cutting the lip I have shorter than the bumper. I shall prepare to widdle me some flaps, lol. Again, thanks for teh info and pix.
As for the camber set at zero, I have one of my wagons like that right now to. Im so used to seeing 2-3 degrees of camber on my cars that the bwagon looks like it has positive camber and its driving me crazy. I only do that for road trips too. Its a must for the awd cars.
I dunno if youve tried the Nitto Neo Gen tires, but they are designed for cars with negative camber. They have a 280 treadwear on 80% or the tire and something like 500 treadwear and a special treadblock design on the inside edge of the tire. I was skepticle at first so we tried a set on my girls old sedan. 3.5 f and 2.5 r camber for over a year and ZERO abnormal wear. You must have the toe set on zero though. toe out or in and negative camber will kill any tire with a quickness.
I thought it was more about the toe that kills the tires than the camber. I just had my alignment done and told the tech not to worry about the camber. I can see if your always spinning the tires it would destroy the inside patch of tire but aggresive driving would benefit from camber. But please explain to me about zero camber on AWD cars.
No he was right. Its toe that kills tires, but the combination of toe and camber ends them even faster.
I was told that awd cars tend to "drag" the rear tires on corners depending on speed. SO the rear tires do a lot of weird stuff when they see power, especially since they cant turn. Then the combination or having a bad alignment and this drag just kills the rears really fast.
I keep a close eye on all my tires on all my cars due to bad camber. The older cars, especially the weird version of double wishbone that Honda uses on our wagons can get knocked out of alignment very easily, even easier if you have bad or worn bushings. That combined with bad roads and bad alignments and the drag of the tires on awd cars and you can eat a set of rears in one roadtrip.
And yes, camber is our friend when cornering. More doesnt always equal good though. Theres a sweet spot for sure. I tend to run 2.5 up front and 1.5-2.0 in rear for autox's. Hillclimbs a tad less, track days a tad more.
you definantly acheived the "looks fast just sitting there" look haha
what are your plans for the interior? i thonk you should match the inside with how aggresive the outside is!
Thanks the "looks fast just sitting there" look is wat I was trying to achieve! 8)
Im thinking of maybe getting some Spoon Recliable front seats and Re-wrapping another set of wagon rear seats in the same black material and the door panel inserts.

SPOON SPORTS is a well respected import tuner company from Japan who only focus on HONDAS. They strive on excellence and achievement. SPOON ranks among the top contenders on the Japanese racing circut. They're products are also among the best in quality and performance.
l like they're competitive edge. Strickly all motor, NO Boost, Natural Aspirated Honda POWER! In my opinion... Their style not too flashy just Tuff, hardcore, and all business.
Who ever doesn't know what Spoon is about, check their B-series hatch that revs to something like 11,500rpm reliably on youtube. They have their $h!t together when it comes to Honda tuning. Ranks right up there with Mugen!!

There is some other top notch brands out there as well..
Skunk2 and Mugen to name some..
Isn't Mugen like Honda's aftermarket thing like Mopar is to Dodge?
