Blox Rear Toe Adjuster too short need measurements of stock

and well, i took the old tow link off.. and the sliding nut thats behind the sheet metal isn't there anymore. i cant find it anymore. meaning i think if fell off the track that is slides on for the toe adjustment. besides whipping out the wiz wheel and cutting away i was wondering if anyone had any experience with this and had some insight..

im at a total loss right now and the car is @ a stand still..

fixed it. Jakeer and i were going back and forther via pm's. he had the same problem too. he told me to use a hole saw, i used a wizz wheel. cut the sheet metal to get to the nut. shoved the nut back in place and zipped it in with the impact gun. problem solved. now i just have to clean up the bottom of the car. prob just going to rivet the metal back together with a little piece of metal as a patch and silicone the FUDGE out of it. spray it with paint too so it dont rust.

ill shoot pics of what im REALLY talking about tmrw. but this thread can be closed or left for the next guy who might have the same problem.

ok so the blox rear toe kit is too short.

i am currently working with them (some guy named Nick@bloxracing.com) to fix the issue. i need a picture and measurement of a stock toe arm from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole

any help is greatly appreciated!

btw i would have done this myself (but i deff threw mine out the day i got my new blox parts)

i couldn't see the nut anymore.

whipped out the wiz wheel. made two cuts, bend the metal back. held the nut with a wrench zipped it with the impact gun..

Only problem now is that you'll have to pop it open again when you go to change the toe arms back to OEM, or the new Blox arms that are long enough. Maybe you can just leave the end of the arm attached to the chassis and simply change the threaded rod in the middle. Maybe open it up a bit more to let you fix the tracks like we talked about and retain the OEM setup. I actually did all my cutting inside the car to help combat the possibility of leakage or rust on the outside.

yah i thought about the rust issue but im okay with it. im going to seal it up once the car is fixed.

im not going to put the stock toe arm back, but simply unthread the too short rod and rethread the longer rod that blox is going to send me. i was going to open it up a bit more to fix the tracks but i thought less cutting is better. im going to just clean the area up and mig weld the seem back. paint over it and than silicone it. the longer rods will give me plenty of adjustment once i switch them back to the correct size.
