So I was searching for my problem with my wiring because my bac up lights on my car don't work at all but my car stays on.... so I went pulling some grounds off and when I pulled the rear light ground off my car just stalled out.... sooo.... what can I do.... pluss I gut to pull my headliner out and clean it off

First off you should have the battery unplugged when doing any kind of wore/electrical work. Second removing grounds will cause your car to die and then not start depending on which ground you pulled. Did you try checking a fuse? Not sure if reverse lights are on a fuse but I know brake lights are cuz I blew mine two days ago lol.
