What Size Speaker Fits in Rear Speaker Pods?

I read on here 5", 6" and 6 1/2"....

Well I am just going by what my PO told me. 6.5" all around (doors and pods)

Now I know thats wrong because its 5 1/4" in the front doors....

I'm sorry, I must be wrong then. Maybe he modified the doors to accept bigger speakers.

I have the JDM Gathers in mine. They are stated as 16mm (6.5") But I can tell you they are a little smaller and the Honda covers didn't quite fit. I had to make some little brackets to hold them on. That leads me to believe that the factory ones are 6.5's

Yeah, mine look like 6.5" in the rear, I just took a peek.

Crutchfield also claims 6.5" in the front doors, so I dunno.

No it's 6 1/2".. the 5 1/4's are WAY smaller

6.5" front and rear
door pockets might need to be modified depending on the speaker going in the fronts
also high protrusion tweeters will stop the door cover from going on

are these pods worth the price? i've seen sets for sale but always asking $150+..

I Paid $70 for mine in good condition without speaker covers. I'd say $100 Excellent condition with speaker covers would be my top dollar. I think $150 is a little steep. They are rare, but not that rare. On the other hand, I love having them. They complete the wagon and help the sound quality of your stero a great deal. So, it depends how bad you want them & how deep your pockets are! You can always be patient. I pulled a set from th Junk Yard not too long ago w/ covers but pretty banged up for $4 - sold them though. Good luck!
