Biggest tire on factory suspension?

hey i have looked around a bit on here and on google but iam at a loss. so i thought id just make a thread and ask and get alot of thoughts and therorys about this. so here it is, on my 89 rt4wd i want to go up with it. my white wagon is droped so i figure i want to go up with the other one. so part one of my question is on FACTORY suspension how this car sits NOW on 14's what is the biggest "knobby" light truck or pass. car tire i can put on there without rubbing or scraping? id like something in a "offroad" looking tire and maybe even a raised white lettering tire but for sure i want something with a truck'ish looking tread. even those that kinda have the tread roll into the sidewall. so what size do you KNOW i could run? has anyone put an oversized tire on their car and if so what is the size? second say later i decided to do something different what could,would i have to do to raise the car up a tad? i know how much taller the rear springs are on the wagon compared to regular ef's but is there another factory set of springs that i could slap on there to raise the car up an inch or two......or more? OR do i have to get maybe a set of cheapy ebay coilovers and raise them all the way up? i know when i did ebay coilovers on my white car it seemed that they were on the ground even when they were all the way up so iam really lost. ive never raised a car up so i dunno. but first and foremost i need to know what size tire i can use as tires are going to be some cash and i only want to buy one set and have them work for sure. thanks for your thoughts and input.

Raising: IDK about the front, but DA rears (whole strut/spring assembly) will raise the rear about an inch and a half. DA Lcas will bump that a bit more by moving the lower strut mounting point inboard a touch. Did that for awhile before my current setup. This is all on my 2wd, but i think it's the same as far as this goes. Check out my thread to see my adjustable stock wagon springs. Now, I have coilover sleeves adapted to stock EE springs/struts. I can ALMOST get down to stock ride height, it goes up from there. I did it to tow the wagocamper, but right now i'm DDing about 2" higher than stock. (Just too lazy to change every time I hook/unhook!)
Need to make sure the tire clears the upper knuckle arm, fender, and suspension bottoms out before tire hits the wheel well. Wider tires might pose an issue with a similar rolling radius.

no rubbing really unless i'm on bumpy roads then it rubs on my shitty fender
