Old Honda Owner, possibly new to wagons soon.

Hey ALL!
Im new here, obviously. I'm from the Dayton/Cincinnati Ohio area. I have been into hondas since, well, lets say 3 years old. Which is when i went to the junkyard with my father to pick up 86 integra brakes to put on his 84 civic dx hatch. I own, i think 7 hondas now and might be picking up my 8th...
The possible 8th is why i am here...i am considering picking up a running working 91 awd 1600 auto wago-tank. the best part is all the guy wants is a couple hundred bucks...big deal
the current problems are as follows;
-needs a new rear window ...this is my biggest worry right now, because ill have to track down a new hatch
-its steaming, so that could be a number of things, im thinking the big water pipe on the back of the block, or the thermostat...thats what my honda single cam knowledge tells me...or its a headgasket, but this guy knows cars and didnt say headgasket...im not too worried
-the right front suspension is pushed back slightly cuz he hit a curb...again, easy junkyard find from a 88-91 wagon, crx, or hatch
And of course
-its rusty ...big deal, i can fix it by welding or glassing or ignore it depending on how bad and where.
OH and an issue as i see it is its an AUTO...that makes me sad...hopefully at some point i could track down a manual awd trans to convert.
right now i am thinking the wagon will be my new daily driver so i can stop driving my 02 si hatch every day (ive put a lot of work into it and its just gotten to the point where it is too nice to be driven in winter or every day...i think i can clean it up pretty nice and spend the least amount possible.
in any case, if anyone has suggestions as to what to look for or advice based on whether im getting myself into a headache because of its problems, please let me know!
if i dont get this car, i will eventually get a wago-tank as a daily driver, but it may be a while if i dont get this $200 one...
