Borked

So a about a month ago I took a shortcut around a locked gate instead of waiting for my coach to show up and unlock it. Crawled over the curb and then drove through a small amount of the field on the other side, naturally since its 4WD I got it sideways a little bit. Now, I've done this in the same exact spot at least a half dozen times with no problems. This time I went over a bump and then slammed down onto a mostly buried chunk of steel hiding in the grass. The car came down right on the rear cross member, tore a hole in it, and then punctured the muffler and ripped it off the car. Both the cross member and muffler are completely f*cked. The cross member got bent and the rear right wheel is toed out a bit. I had a friend who is a mechanic take a look it, he is confident that all that needs to be done is replace the cross member to fix the alignment issue. Moral of the story; if you're going to play in the dirt, scout it out first.
The carnage:

I just got a cross member that I bought from doitdub and am still working on finding a muffler.
