After market door lock actuators anyone using them?

So we recently had an alarm installed on the wagon, the sales guy said he could install door lock actuators to work with the alarm for 50 dollars a door. Do any of you guys run these after market actuators and is it worth it or are there any drawbacks?.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, good to hear that fifty bucks is average. Will definitely do the front for now and rears next time.
Have you installed aftermarket electric windows? there's an add for some guy doing this type of work and thinking of getting them done, seeing as how is a pain to do them yourself with OEM parts.
I'm not sure which actuators they use but will call them and ask them if they use spal, on the windows yeah the driver side is hard to roll. I will give the guy from the ad a call and see what he uses for the electric windows, if it's just something to work with my crank I'll skip it and look for an oem set.
I always wire mine for driver's priority unlock. It just takes one additional relay if the alarm supports it.
It just means that the alarm and ignition will only affect the driver's side unless you hit the unlock button twice. No need to unlock the passengers side all the time and have the unnecessary wear and tear. Definitely recommend it if you're going to do all four doors.
