there are several ways but the one we use at the shop i work at is we heat the fender with a heat gun and use a fender roller that bolts to the hub and it has a wheel at the top that as you roll it it pushes in the inside lip of the fender. and no these are not rolled and it doesnt rub it just throws rubber down the side of the car
  • i havent done a whole lot to the wagovan since i got it other than drive it but i did do i temporary rust fix that turned out pretty wel if you ask me. anyways onto the pictures...

  • God thats so sweet man, I love that you fixed the rust yourself, can you tell me a little bit more on the how to? And the exact supplies you used? I've got a spot of rust that needs fixing! :)

I merged your threads. Please just use one in members rides.
  • thank you and sorry about that. but all i did for the rust repair was used a rust remover wheel and a drill to knock off the bubbled up and flakey metal then applied that rustoleum rust stopper a few times then bondo to make it smooth and rattle can paint.
  • sick wagon... keep it that way

Great success!!! Perfect set up and the wheels look sweet. I love the rear view mirror. Where can I get one of those.
  • another update. i just swaped motors. the "new" one i got from hmotors and its a 1.6 single cam non vtec. it does alright. its alot nicer than the last one that burned a quart of oil every 150-200 miles.

  • Lol @ Leo, thats just sick, what motor did you go with? I love it man! Keep up the good work! I didn't realize the 91 interior is different than older models like the glove box has a bubble to it, the tachometer bezel is different and the steering wheel too. Which btw do you still have your oem steering wheel? I want :D
  • Red is always a classic, sexy ass color! What suspension you working with? And wood-grain steering wheel? Game over....instant sexy. Where did you get that? I've been looking everywhere for one. Can't wait to see what else you got planned!
  • i do have my OEM wheel just hit me up with an offer we can see what we can do. and i got my woodgrain from jhpusa.com as far as suspension goes for now its on some no name coil sleeves and skunk2 struts but next month im getting function and form coil overs and maybe new wheels.
