91 rt high rpm noise

New owner here, and when i drive around 60 mph, at about 2800-3000 rpms, i hear a loud noise coming from the engine. It kinda sounds like a downshift in automatic cars, when rpms really go up. Not sure if this is normal for all 91 rt 4wd wagons, but mine does that. Its the 6 speed model also. Any help is appreciated.

    check your tranny fluid' winning noise you mean? prob low on tranny oil or needs to b flushed'
