1989 Honda Civic wagon Auto/5speed conversion

I have an '89 Civic Wagon. D15 engine, Auto Transmission. I was wondering. What would I need exactly to do a B swap and convert it to a manual. my engine is really starting to run bad. Had a blown head gaskit back in December of 08, which ended up also being a crack head. I had it "patched" in February of '09. When I say "patched" I mean, someone welded it. Now it being Aluminium heads, I knew it wouldnt work for long. so, I am thinking. instead of just dealing with buying another D15, why not actually improve the car. Factory 88 HP isnt a lot, my old 86 Honda Accord had 115 HP and was a manual.

I love Hondas, and I really cant enjoy this car being an auto lol. So my question is What would I need to do a B swap and change this from an Auto to a Manual. I know that this series, had a 4WD 5 speed, but I also heard that most Manuals around this year were 4 Speed Manuals.
I dont know much about rebuilding cars, so I figured I would come here. I hope you can give me tips. Thanks in advance.
