89 civic wagon service info needed

Anyone got the service info for an 89 wagon? I've been looking for it, but can't find it. For now I'd really like oil type and capacity, so I can change it. An online manual would be great too.

    Pm me your email address and I can send you the PDF for the EF, which at the very least will have the D16A6 specs. I don't have a wagon manual in digital form.
