I smell fuel whenever I open the hood to my Wagon.

I inspected the fuel rail and injectors. It seems that one of the injectors O rings might be shot. I wanted to inquire some advice on how to inspect and replace these O rings. Also wanted to hear some advice on how to go about this. I.E. Special steps, difficult areas to watch for, etc. Thanks for the help guys. :D

Sorry I should have given you that information to start with! My wagon engine specs: D16a6 PGFI Programmed Fuel Injection.

If you turn your key on wait a few seconds you should hear your fuel pump come on then turn the key off and back on one or two more times this should pressurize the fuel rail. Then take a look under the hood at the injectors. When I had a seal go bad you could see a bit of fuel squirting out from around one of the injectors.

I am not trying to necrobump (I think that is what it is called), but I replaced the four little O-rings on my fuel rail on my D16A6 MPFI and I can still smell gas under the hood.

Is there another seal I should check? Would you want me to post pictures of the fuel rail and injectors?

    Thank you for your time,

    Alex

edit: It ended up being the fuel injectors for cylinders 3 and 4 were bad and leaking.
