Picked up a new wagon today!

today shakey and i traded my 4 door EX for his wagon. I have no idea on what i plan to do with the wagon right now shakey wanted the 4 door and i am getting a 4 door LX for free to rob the power options off and i figure im gunna swap it to obd1 anyways so i might as well start with a dual point..... I have a feeling that my rt4wd swap will end up in this car along with the low comp mini-me im building but well see...... for now im gunna keep it simple.

    thats funny i was just thinkin we needed a pic of the car coming down the ramp but it was super scetchy haha. hope u save the 4 door it was on death row with me about to lose its guts.

    what a shit show the rear breaks were way out of adjustment and i cant just send a fella down the road like that so i went to take the drivers side drum off and bigger than shit one of the shoes comes off onto the ground..... i have a spare set we thought would work but they didnt so we ended up clamping the line and he was on his way.... thats what i get for doing the right thing haha well atleast he made it home. hope he brings new life to the 4 door.

    ill keep you posted matt ! im fixing rust soon, lowering it...LCA's..hid going on tonight...clean the interior asap,,,poss might fix brakes tomorrow...and look for that stupid title !

    hids are a must im ordering a set as soon as the set for my truck shows up so i can check them out and see how i like them. cant decide 6k or 8ks..... i need some effin tires for my GT3's bad but im cheap.

    1) its broke, dont have money or time to fix it 2) ive wanted a sedan since NAM 3) instead of selling it, i figured matt needed a wagon and hes always told me he loved my car so i figured id keep it in the fam and give it to him !

    other then that i have no real reason... hope he keeps her clean...

    yes thats a good note it does kinda sound like a subie but im not affraid of swapping her out with the motor i sold shakey to put in the car..... at first i thought he was nuts and kinda tried talking him out of it but after a few days of talking about it i kinda saw it from his point.... the EX looks a lil danky but it is an EX cruise, PW, PL infact on the way home he texted me to say the cruise was awsome. its not like its been through a half dozen ricers making half ass mods on it the car has potential i just didnt see it for myself.

    only thing about the wagon i dont like is the no fender liners and the fenders are rolled.... it would be tits to find a set of mint grey fenders but that will never happen. has anyone ever rigged up some fender liners and still tuck tires? maybe get fancy with some thin sheets of rubber....

    put the rear view mirror back in her, visors installed, 9005 low beam trick (till the 6k's show up), yellow high beam bulbs, and after seeing it on wagobrads car i ordered some bright leds for the front bulbs in the turn signals. time is not on my side but in the next few weeks i want to get progress full coilovers on there get some new amber bumper lights, wire bumper lights to have a running light in them, bumper black the bumpers and side moldings, install a hatch spoiler, RSX side skirts, fix shakeys shakey ass lip he had on here :roll: and last but not least order some new tires for my gt3's that might get the centers done in gunmetal..... dont want the flashy red wheels this is gunna be the baby hauler. oh and maybe some 20% tint all the way around.

    i gotta defend myself here haha... yes that lip was put on super shakey like !!! it looked fine until i drove it up those stupid ramps we had to make to put it on the trailer...it started to rip it off ! and made it look terrible !

    Hell, I've got an EX with a b16 swap, rear discs, swaybar,blahblahblah...it's cool but I just can't make myself love it.

    yeah hes got himself the EX. plans are slowly turning into a full on rt4wd swap with a mildy built mini me. i listed some things above but it all dependent on time ive got a lot going on still got somethings to get ready for the other wagon to go down the road scrappin my parts wagon along with an LX im picking up on top of all of this my woman is due on the 26th! im just glad to have a wagon again even if its a gooey go on 3 1/2 cylinders i still rock it around town. my lil 6 year old sister in law loves the purple wheels they are her favorite color.

    haha purple love it !!! i was at the store and was like damn what color everyone does pink and ive done pink before back in like 04 before everyone did it everyone called me gay for it..now its 2010 and everyone who said i was gay because i had pink wheels, has pink wheels now...what a co-winky-dink... so i was like shitt purple no one does purple...as soon as i do purple like 2 months later it seemed like purple was poppin up everywere, im not sayin i was FIRST but i NEVER seen it before except in a magazine or online on the east coast...

    either way im stop rambling !... did a little body work on the 4 dr today left quarter panel wheel well is all white again no rusty rust temp fix for meow... also put the brakes back together stil cant get the e-brake to work though more investegating saturday...

    on to a problem though...( sorry to thread jack matt but you might be able to help )

    after doing the brakes and bleeding them three times.... the pedal is still mushy doesnt even start stopping until about half way down...what the fuzz

    OH PS drum brakes suck !!! i havent done them in 4 years...forgot how retarted they were

    about those breaks i guess i would do what u have done re-bleed them but instead of going from the RR LR RF LF do the left rear corner first then the right front corner then the right rear then the left front cuz its a cross flow system i have no clue why a car would be built like that i just know that if u say blew your right front break hose u would also lose presure to your left rear drum and eventually the whole system....

    as for the ebrake keep adjusting the rears dont go so far as to make them hard to get the drum on but u want a lil resistance. when u have the drum off have someone gently pull the handle up too see if your getting movement dont go too far ive heard of guys blowing them apart springs flyin when they over expand them while the drum is off. and last but not least anti-seize anything thats metal that rubs together especially all the little e-break doo-hickies and your auto adjusters.
