PM's in outbox?

i've sent out a number of PM's, but they seem to just be stuck in my outbox...but not in the 'sent' items...is that normal?

    i think it goes into the sentbox after it is read by the member/member's you sent it to.

    Correct. They stay in the Outbox until the message is marked as read.
