door speaker pods

Well I got sick of having my speaker covers falling out of the door because the speakers would pull the curved cover flat and it wouldn't stay in the door anymore.
So I decided to make some covers for the original covers. This was the first set and my plastic skills aren't that great yet. Anyways I made the covers, screwed them into the original covers. I then covered the speaker panel because I didn't feel like painting them at the time. I took my door panels off and put very small screws in through the door panel into the new cover. These things shouldn't fall out now. I then fit the speaker into the new cover and there you go. This gives it a much better look well at least I think so and considering this was my first go at not too bad.
After you cover the pod it looks much better.

I still haven't finished mine though. I'm not sure what I want to do with it yet. I might fiberglass it, or cover it, over something.
Looks good.
