So I'm about to buy a canadian model wago, and it has no AC. No AC button on the dash. Just wondering if the harness is the same if I swap in a control unit with an AC button?
I don't know if you Canadians use R12 or R134.Try to stay with the R12 it's colder. One tip is to have a mobile AC guy or shop AC guy Suck out the Freon b4 you transfer it over to the wgn 'cuz to replace R12 in the states is $$$$$$$$$. They 'll credit you with the freon when you recharge.ALso if you don't complete the transfer w/in 3 days to 1 week(check Honda Shop Manual) you must replace the AC drier.
Most imports were dealer installed AC so were designed to be plug'n'play.Don't forget the extra electric fan for the AC.Since you're in there check the donor regular fan to see if it has blade cannards. These cannard fans run smoother & quieter.CHeck to see if the radiator is larger too.
Well the motor in there is a B16. I'm just making sure that AC will be easy. Is the condensor from the EK's the same as these? I know the compressor is different. But My plan is to run EK lines/condensor to a B-series compressor/B-series bracket. Then make a custom line using the B-series lines and D-series lines.
