Blinkers and door light on dash, seatbelts?

hey just wanted to know why, when i put my blinkers on my door light on the dash starts to blink too? is it the fuze? and the seatbelts for the wagon? are they supposed to be automatic like the DA'S? cuz if soo my arent working!!! lol!!!
and hints with ideas that can be wrong!!! thanks guy!!! ")
