No fuel pressure

I have a no fuel psi. Could it be the fuel pump or fuel relay? Is the fuel relay located under the dash above the hood latch. Thanks for any information. I have a b16a in the car :?:

I would say either main relay or the pump itself. Can you hear a click from above the hood release briefly when you turn the key on? If yes, is the click accompanied by a brief hum? Those two noises are the relay and the pump priming.

I heard the click but no hum. The click don't sound like its coming from that relay but I do hear a click. Sounds like the pump is bad. Thanks for the info. I needed to upgrade that pump anyway. I didn't like the 100 bucks tow bill. It's rough in D.C.

When outside and turned the key and the pump turned on????????

It can be an intermittent fault. A common trick is to slap the tank to get the pump to start (like on EFI Chevys)
