Tried going to "The Marketplace" but it said "You do not have the required permissions." What does that mean?

    It's because you joined before the restrictions came in, but you have not been active since. You should be able to see it now.

    Simply reading the rules doesn't get you access, but you'd know this, because you've read the rules. ;)
