Mirror block offs?

will EF hatch mirror block offs fit on a wagon. searched high and low for an answer but nothing. if there is a link i missed please let me know!

Mirrors don't interchange so I would guess the block off plates don't either. Maybe search for mirrors fitting and not block off plates.
