Wagon Issues-(B18a probs)

So, I've had the worst luck with this wagon lately.
My b18a is showing me how trouble-sum swaps can be.
The distributor went out right after I changed the fuel filter on monday.
So I went and bought one from the junk yard(145$)
That turned out to be a bad idea, being it was throwing the same codes(4,9) the first dizzy was.
I finally gave up and took it to SpeedFactory in Tacoma.
The assured me the dizzy was the problem, and the timing was way off(from railing on it probably)
About 5 hours later everything was fixed and gone over with, so I started heading home.
about 1000 feet out away from the shop I hit a bump and the car completely shut off.
So I pulled over into a parking lot and did a few tests.
The car was turning over just fine and I couldn't find anything wrong with it.
So I called SpeedFactory and they came, and started putting all my old distributors back on to see if they would work(didn't help)
We finally figured out that the little metal clamp on my air filter touched the positive of the battery and my car(ground) at the same time, and blew the ecu fuse.

After that we re-adjusted the timing and I was off.

NOW ONE DAY LATER my car has power and runs, but barely any power when I get on it
So I'm stuck here brain storming what it can be.
all the spark plugs look fine.
brand new spark plug wires.
brand new fuel filter
new dizzy

I was thinking that it could have been my valve adjustment that we did about two weeks ago
because my valve tick is back and really loud.
but I don't know if that's what could be effecting my engine that much.

Throw me some ideas and solutions if you can

Thanks :?
