Do other cars share the same hood?

I'm sooo close to getting my first wagon!
Only one problem, the hood has some dmg where a truck backed over the top of it.

Is this hood hard to find? Or can I find this hood on another civic/accord?

    The wagon hood is different than all other civic hoods. That includes the 4G sedan/crx/hatch. You'll have to find one off another wagaon.
