Arizona Wagon

Well I am looking for a wagon finally and I am digging into the wealth of knowledge you guys put up here! Hopefully with you guys helping me I can take this wagon from mild to WILD! I am used to fabricating parts because I used to build 1st gen crx's on Red Pepper Racing and let me tell you they have nothing for aftermarket support! I do have an red 91 EF hatch and a 95 integra currently and hopefully a sweet wagon soon!

Thanks for having a sweet board to help me out!

Oh yeah, just bought myself a 90 DX Wagon for 300 bucks! SCORE!

    Where in AZ are you?

I lived in Tempe for a long time and had a wagon down there. I keep hoping the guy that bought mine will pop on here someday.

Good score! Keep us posted with updates!

So I did some looking around and read the forums, if I'm correct I need 90-93 integra coilovers to drop this thing. Am I right?
  • HaydzHaydz Moderator
    No. Normal EE/ED coilovers.

So I just bought a SI cable trans for 140, 2 used CV axles for free, a lightly used clutch for free, a pacesetter header for free, fog lights for free, and a muffler for FREE! Sweet! I am getting ready to finish my wifes EF9 this week and we'll have everything squared away with the wagon soon too! I really need to finish the PGMFI swap so it will run right. Not exactly easy but we should be able to do it for about $200. Also might have gotten a stage 2 NA cam with cam gear for $180, but it's all a waste if I dont have it all together right?

Well I just lowered it and put a DC rear strut bar along with I put my old front spring in the rear( I cut them first) and it rides stiff! It feels amazingly, Perfect! Next step is painting it and installing the sidemarkers which should be easy. Oh yeah, installed projector headlights and it's nice looking. other than that I got my $100 91 civic back up and running.
need to get better pictures up for you guys to see!

So I have made some big changes to the wagon and I need to post pictures. I just did a full exhuast kit with no cat, DC rear strut bar, lowered it, and put a roof rack on it! It's starting to look CLEAN! Oh yeah, I just got a fresh JDM D16z6 (D16A), p28 ecu, si cable trans and Act flywheel. All i need is my Y8 intake manifold, hondata gasket, integra TB, and my rywire harness and I'll be screaming!
  • Good deal on the wagon . Quick progress putting it together .
  • Needs some love. Good luck on the build

So the body work began and in the previous pics you can see the big dent we were working on. Here it is stripped of bondo!
    267.jpg
Apparently it got hit twice in the same spot!
    268.jpg
Oh, had to pull the front end so I could fix all the dents and it looks like the the strangest car I have ever seen!
    269.jpg
Oh, brand new exhaust on the car and it sounds good!
  • Wow , got your work cut out for you .
  • leWolfleWolf Senior Wagonist
Check out the body work! we just shaved the trim off the fenders and the door. Ooh it looks so good without the trim! Really not bad for some guy who has no clue how to do bodywork. (yes those are runs in the primer, the nozzle flipped out)
