bumper light wiring issue

where and how would you be able to change the wiring on the bumper lights
so that they stay on and just flicker when you signal then stay lit?
is it possible?
i want my front bumper lights to stay lit so i can look cool lol

wire them to your yellow corner lights (the ones next to the headlight. not to be confused by the clear parking lot)

how would i wire them lol
i am a noob at re wiring stuff
aswell that my yellow corner lights dont go on
but the right clear parking light goes one but very dim and stays on
the left clear park lit doesnt turn on
is this a fuse problem, wiring or bulbs?
