I can tell you with the utmost-almost certainty that it will remain stock. I have a hard time doing anything fun to automatics, I don't know why...A mental block I have. Currently working on locating a roof rack, spare tire cover and MAY end up putting a bull bar on it for ease of ripping through moose up here so I can be sure mom and baby are safe. But I think that's it.

Really? I think it looks goofy as crap with the lower profile tires, added the mega gap. I'll be going back to the stock wheels though once the CRX is operational.

it's a shame that people let these rot away to nothing, and it's a good thing that people like you want to bring them back to life, Keep up the hard work. I'm glad we don't get snow in FL to keep us from finishing. Must be a real pain in the arse to have to wait for days on end to work on your toys.

Indeed. I'm glad I was able to save her from rotting away, although it was a bigger project than I had originally anticipated.

At any rate, she is currently waiting in the driveway for her new owner in Michigan. He'll be taking over from here...

I used this how-to as a reference if anyone is interested:

was there a reason why you just didn't plop in the good passenger seat and just changed out the bracketry? thanks
  • wagodizzlewagodizzle Council Member and EDM expert
because the seat back itself is mirrored (mounts, seatbelts, etc..)

He clearly states in the post above yours the car was sold in AUGUST OF LAST YEAR. Since then he doesn't frequent this forum much.

Once you look at the two seats, you'll notice the difference is pretty major.

I can't believe all the crap I went through to get this to where it was...I hope the post helps some of you guys with inspiration or random projects. I hope it's being taken care of in Ohio w the new owner. Now I'm driving a boring ass Ford Escape Hybrid with no personality. A 2011, I got it at end of April and have already put 10k miles on it. Would much rather be driving something fun instead...it is comfy though.

Hope you dudes are all doin well.
