who makes adjustable LCA's

i was curious who makes adjustable lca's for our cars?

i was thinking of using the lca and a camber kit to bring in wider wheels in a little bit.

i think i have seen a set before.

  • The only ones I can think of were Suspension Techniques rear lower control arms. They were called Pro Arms and would lower the car approx. 1.5" by just repositioning the shock mounting point lower. The inside mounting point was adjustable for purposes of correcting camber. Unfortunately they have been discontinued for quite some time but occasionally they pop up for sale or at junk yards. Hope this helps.

do you have pics of it?

    or any links?
  • I have a set of these on my girl's wagon. I wil try to take a pic soon and get back to you. You can also do a search because I remember a few topics on here regarding the Pro Arms and Drop Forks. The Drop Forks were originally included as part of this kit and are shortened versions of the front shock mounting fork which allowed you to lower the front of the car by 1.5" without changing the springs or shocks. I know at least 2 other wagons on here are using these parts and have posted pics but I can't remember who.

do you happen to also know the part number?
  • Sorry, I've been so busy. Pics coming soon. I don't know the part #'s. I bought these several years ago from a Honda dealership that was getting rid of all of their performance parts and they were on the clearance shelf. I don't remember any part numbers on the box either but it was a long time ago.
  • Here are the pics as promised, sorry I took so long. The close up shot is of the actual adjustment point which is where LCA connects to the subframe. Hope this helps.
