Energy Suspension or Prothane bushings??

Guys, I'm looking at redoing all the bushings in my 4G4D here really soon. Would like some opinions on which brand makes a better bushing. I've heard that the energy suspension ones squeak more than the prothane, also ease of install (if any) would help too if one is better.

    i've had both brands shifter bushings and ill never go back to energy..prothane all the way

    the energy bushings still felt sloppy but the prothanes felt more firm
