D16A6/7 to D16Z6 Vtec?

I'm looking into converting my RT to SOHC Vtec instead of going the turbo route, so I can still keep it economical

I've done a bit of reading, and from I can make out I need a Z6 head and ECU, then just some know-how and wiring.

Has anyone actually done this? If so what needs to be done, any complications etc?
