d15b6 with mpfi swap

I recently came into possession of a project 1991 dx wagon that has been "swapped" with a d15b6 with mpfi. I am confused as to the wiring that needs to be done. I have both the harness for the new engine and the harness from the original engine and was wondering what be best course of action would be. Which harness should I install and then begin splicing wires into? Additionally, are there any resources here or elsewhere that might allow me do some additional research? Thank you.

Thanks for the reply, the resources on this forum helped a lot. I wanted to come back with an instruction manual and a clip of it driving but plans have changed. The clutch ended up being bad and I got a good deal on another really cool engine that I will be replacing it with. I'll post something about it on the new users category once I get it installed and driving (hopefully sometime this spring while I'm on spring break).

    For future users:

I did the DPFI to MPFI swap utilizing the original DX wagon harness and got the engine to run. The garagebuilthondas youtube video worked well for me. I ran it off of a PM6 ECU without the EGR valve hooked up to the CRX control box, I just connected the vacuum terminals together. When I ran the car, it had a very high idle (about 2000RPM), and I suspect it might be due to either of these two issues, a bad idle setting (the plastic part that can become unscrewed, I saw it in a forum but can't re-find the name of it), or another form of intake problem. That being said, the swap is definitely possible.
