Rear wiper fusing/relay/anything?

Hi all! I've got a 91 RT with a non-functioning rear wiper. The switch on the stalk seems good, as I get washer fluid when I spin it to both "wash" positions. Before I rip apart the tailgate to meter out the wiring and check the motor, I thought I'd have a look at the fuse and relay for the wiper. I found a single fuse (not blown, all washer pumps and front wipers work) in the block under the dash which appears to handle the entire washer/wiper system. Is this correct, or am I missing something? Are there any other possible points of failure, aside from bad wiring/connections?
