DA2 -> EE, I did know it was that easy ;)

Well we've all seen the other thread by Bam Bam and his bud Rev; here is the 3rd. These seats came from a 92 teg' LS and I adored the pattern on them so much I decided on these over the stock wagon seats. My favorite part about them is they have bolster AND lumbar adjustment for the driver. These can really hug in on you, just like my old teg'.
My wagon, being an 88', was quite a bit different than it would have been if I had a 90-91 with auto belts. The seats, floorboard, rails and everything is DIFFERENT from 88/89-90-91 Wago's. I ripped ALL the wiring and power belt stuff from the teg' seats prior to swapping. My very basic gist of what I did (since Bam Bam covered it well enough) was to enlarge the inner teg rails rear hole and then use a spacer (about 2.75" total) for the front hole. The bottom mount outer wagon rails were able to bolt up to the teg' pan via removing the skin/cushion and installing my own new bolts and a few tac welds (that weren't necessary, just my HH140 is so awesome I had to). I used the wagon side cover AND the teg side cover combo (as you see in the pics). I used the wagon wire for the seat adjustment lever underneath (the teg' was too short). I also, since I extended the front of the rail as opposed to the rear like BamBam, had to take a 2" knob off of the inner teg' rail in order for it to properly sit flush mount on the floor board.
Other than that, it took about 3 hours start to finish. Not bad and man are these comfy... the pics don't do them justice. Enjoy!

(see the two pieces together, blue/black combo, also notice how awesome the color scheme is, its actually got blue in it and makes it match wonderfully)

Got a bit of cleaning to do on the wagon; its been up in the mountains much lately and needs its bath asap.

I'm just a little curious: The reason I moved the inner rail to the rear instead of forward was because it coincided with the range of the OE outer adjuster. In other words, I thought that I would lose that 3ish inches of seat adjustment...hmmm.
Not that it's a big concern for me, I'm 5'6"
cool, cool. Im very interested in how you sleep in the back- believe me i've studied it. usually if we go on an overnighter where it's cold/wet/untentable I''l take the suburban. I can put both of us, an air mattress, 2 or 3 bikes, my Civic Wagon.... inside! Seriously, I just don't see enough real estate between the front seats and the hatch. But then i am getting old and stiff
The inverter is what we had in our CR-V. It is just something I have always had handy for road/camping trips with the wifey. I used to have it nice and flush mounted behind the rear panels in my 4Runner and CR-V, but for the Civic purposes I just stuffed it as close to the front (shortest cable, 8 gauge) as possible. I've run the laptop, drill and charged many things off of this in the Civic already but I am a bit nervous to ever run it much with the motor off, even though its got warnings/auto-shutoff for that sort of thing. If you do a lot of outings like myself than having one of these is a great addition which allows me to extend stays/stay more remote sometimes. What do we have, 60amp alternator? It ain't to hard to overrun that thing.
is it hard to make it fit?
Can't beat free! Why are they leaning? How did you take care of the inner teg rail?
I think you are right dizzle! LOL.
For anyone interested you can see how I installed an armrest on my CR-V seat a while back, its a fairly good tutorial. This EXACT method (more or less) can be used for the Integra seats (DA, DB and DC); the only difference may be the backing bracket though.

Sometimes I miss my CR-V; but then again I am into my Wago for $8k less 8)
Hey, I'm down! I already said so! lol If anything we were going to sell the auto wagon and buy a manual. LOL But yea, some Integra seats or something along those lines would be a nice upgrade for her car.
