My Holiday (56k computer sez no)

Well just got back from a camping holiday with my family.

Went camping at Coromandel for 2 weeks, there was about 14 people staying in 3 tents on our site. We spent our days sitting in the sun, swimming, fishing for our dinner and diving for scallops.
I took my shuttle up, on the trip up I had:
4x people
2x Camp beds
4x Peoples luggage
2x Mattresses
48x Bottles of beer (an essential)
and some other stuff, this meant a lot of scraping the mudflaps and generally looking pretty slammed

Heres where we were: Long Bay Coromadel

Took heaps of pics so heres a few:

Beautiful. I like to see someone who takes the same approach to lowering the wagon as I do...gear and beer.

New Zealand is at the very top of my list of places I'd like to move to, mostly due to personal and economic freedoms (I'm a raging Libertarian), but the temperate climate don't hurt, either!
Who knows, with the bleeding achievement-hating regime we're about to get...anybody over there need a truck mechanic?

Haha nothing wrong with a bit of beer, between the 14 of us we drank at least 72 bottles of beer, 1x bottle of jeam beams, 2x bottle of black heat rum, 1x bottle of bailys, about 30x bottles of pre mixed vodka stuff and a few bottles of wine in there too, all in 2 weeks

For all you northern hemisphere people, today is about 29degree celcius, no wind and no clouds, most of the days over last few weeks have been like that.

Most people with industry skills can get jobs without too much problem, thought at the moment there isnt much work around with the recession and all

And here I am, sitting by a wood stove by a frozen lake, having just gotten back from snowmobiling on it.

It was fun, but I'd rather do what you guys were doing.
  • thanks for sharing...except for the booze that is ...
  • Should be ashamed of yourself. All those nice pics and only one of the wagon

It was -19 C here in Germany last week. :?
